Katerina received a Master Degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Master Degree in Public Communication from American University. In the Czech Republic she was a former top 20 junior tennis player. Prior to joining Octagon in 2007, Katerina worked as a tennis instructor at the Saddlebrook Resort. Katerina also worked briefly for a Fortune 500 Company, Norfolk Southern, and as a marketing manager for a nonprofit tennis center in the Washington Metro Area.
